Ordinary Professor of Financial Science at the Law School of Roma Tre University. She graduated in Political Science at the University of Turin and Harvard in 1978 and she obtained, in 1982, a Masters in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.

Research interests: inequality and poverty, theories of social justice, ethics and economics, comparative social policy.
